Guided Outdoor Experiences

A few hours outside.
A long, quiet return.

Not a sabbatical, not a weekend — just a few hours of returning to yourself. We meet on foot, walk slowly, and tend a small act of kindness we can carry back into the rest of the week. Read why the format starts here.

Both formats are guided, small-group, and rooted in the same slow practice — only the length changes. Pick the one that meets you where this week is.

Half-Day
4–5 hours

A few unhurried hours outside — slow walking, soft noticing, and a small act of kindness to carry home.

per person — $___

Day-Trip
7–8 hours

A full day tending to the more-than-human world — longer wandering, deeper presence, and room to plug back in slowly at the end.

per person — $___

What it tends to

An hour in, the screen noise fades. By the middle of the walk you notice the small things — the pattern of bark, the way light moves through leaves, the weight of your own breath. We end with a small act of kindness: toward yourself, someone waiting at home, or the patch of ground you just walked across.

The practices extend to the more-than-human world. You don't come back rewired — you come back a little more plugged in, a little more here. The way you read an email on Monday feels different after a half-day outside.
